Non-Attachment is the powerful practice of releasing control programming and opening to the deeper flow of life. It can often be misinterpreted as lacking feeling or not caring, because, in our world of drama-based triggering, we are unfamiliar with the notion of peace. However, non-attachment is, in fact, the ability to allow all of our emotions to run wild while sitting in safe observation; then deciding which emotions to empower and which emotions to release with love and acceptance.
