Integrated Energy Therapy® (IET®)

If you are looking for clarity, calm, and centering this is the modality for you. I have had the pleasure of offering IET® for over a decade. It is a great joy to assist you in finding a deeper connect with your own inner peace, joy, and ease. Similar to “muscle memory” that forms around a physical injury, “cellular memory” can form in our field due to mental and emotional trauma. Traumas are a part of life on this planet, no trauma is too small to impact us and no trauma is too big or too deep to heal. And the best part… you don’t need to relive, or even remember, the trauma in order to release it and heal back to wholeness.

Integrated Energy Therapy® is a gentle hands-on-healing technique. It uses light touch on 13 trigger points along the head, neck, shoulders, and side body to release negative cellular memory and replace it with a positive opposite.

This technique is deeply transformative, offering infusions of Love, Support, Freedom and more.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
You will remain fully clothed for the session, so dress comfortably for lying face up on the table. Blankets and bolsters will be provided for additional comfort.
